TRINITY NETWORK, MINISTRY AND CONGREGATION LEADERSHIP

Trinity Church Network has leadership teams serving each of its three principal expressions: Level 1: Cell Leaders, Level 2: Congregation Teams, and Level 3: Network Leadership Team, and Network Ministry Team.

The NETWORK LEADERSHIP TEAM (NLT) has overall responsibility for the envisioning, equipping, ethos and governance of the whole Network.

Members of the NETWORK MINISTRY TEAM each take responsibility for a particular ministry area (e.g. Children’s Ministry, Prayer &c) and train and resource Congregations and Cells.

CONGREGATION TEAMS facilitate the life and ministry of each of Trinity Church Network’s three local congregations, coordinating the congregation’s meetings and special events, and encouraging its cell leaders.
